Setting Up Your Company for Sales Success in 2021

FOUR THINGS THAT MUST BE IN YOUR SALES PLAN

It’s time to start planning for 2021. What needs to happen for you to be thrilled with the results? Don’t fall into the trap of letting an uncertain Covid environment limit your expectations before understanding what really is possible. Limiting your potential is not going to get you where you need to go. We will make sure you have a plan you can execute and measure to ensure your sales success for next year.

Lackluster results can often be attributed to one or all of the following:

  • Vague objectives
  • Lack of detail in your marketing, prospecting and sales plans
  • Not taking the time to calculate your formula for success
  • Insufficient data to understand how closely you are tracking your formula, where you may be stuck and how you can improve

We will cover:

  • Setting sales objectives based on real expectations for market penetration
  • How to select the right target markets
  • Creating market messaging that produces meetings
  • What prospecting channels will produce results for you in a virtual world
  • Calculating your formula for success
  • How and what to measure your progress
  • Making sure you stick with the plan and make the right adjustments

He thanked People’s United Bank and BAE Systems as the major sponsors and acknowledged the other sponsors as well. He introduced Taylor Caswell, Commissioner of NH Department of Business and Economic Affairs, who made opening remarks and introduced Governor Chris Sununu. Progressive Manufacturing & SÓLAS Expand with Purchase and Move to Newport, NH

Newport, NH – After years of continuous growth, Progressive Manufacturing, Inc. announces the purchase of a manufacturing facility located in Newport, New Hampshire. With significant improvements over the past few months, the renovated facility, offices, and warehouse are now home to Progressive Manufacturing and its fireplace brand, SÓLAS Contemporary Fire. Both businesses are fully operational at the new headquarters as of October 26, 2020.

NH Housing Relief Offers Funding for Residents Struggling with Rent or Mortgage Due to COVID-19

The Governor’s Office for Emergency Relief & Recovery (GOFERR) has announced the New Hampshire Housing Relief Program, an initiative designed to keep people from losing their housing and to secure or maintain permanent housing.

There is a concern about the current moratorium on evictions. Many people who could access these funds are not doing so since they cannot be evicted at this time. The issue is that the safeguard from eviction and these funds are currently scheduled to end on the same day (December 30, 2020).

NIST Promoting Several Prize Challenges to Solve Industry Needs

The National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) Public Safety Communications Research Division (PSCR) is offering six prize challenges through its Open Innovation program to innovators, manufacturers, students and companies across industry. PSCR Open Innovation focuses on outcomes and results, not on specific requirements. The problem solvers (aka Challenge participants) determine the “how” and the “solution” by using their creativity to reach the desired goal. Participants may advance their research concept, commercial their products, or enhance their business products all while improving safety and efficiency for America’s First Responders.
