7th Grade Career Exploration: A Future in Manufacturing
Due to an expansion of the Perkins Grant to encourage connections for middle schoolers to CTE centers, we are excited to further our partnership with the Palmer CTE Center at Alvirne High School. Throughout the school year we will be partnering to introduce career clusters to the 7th grade students. Each month will feature a different career cluster. Students will participate in a virtual presentation in their classrooms with a presenter from the featured career. Students will also have an opportunity to see the career in action through hands-on presenters at the building. This is an opportunity to expand our career exploration to 7th graders.
For more information contact Rich Paiva at Alvirne HS, rpaiva@sau81.org. The cut-off date for registration is October 7th.
