  • Lean Manufacturing Training and Implementation
We can provide you with a customizable framework for transforming your company to a lean enterprise. The process begins with a visit by our project manager to assess your organization's current use of lean principles. This determines where and how you should commence with lean training and implementation. Below are various techniques that can enable you to become a high performance enterprise and kick start your journey to organization-wide Lean Transformation.

  • Six Sigma
If your company has excess inventory, lack of space or lead time issues, Lean tools are applied to improve these challenges. If your company has reject, scrap, overall yield issues and service errors, Six Sigma tools are used to define, measure, analyze, improve and control (DMAIC) theses issues. Applying both methodologies will allow for a robust, continuous improvement program to take hold within your enterprise.

  • ISO 9001 Training and Certification
Many organizations are being forced by their major customers to become ISO 9001:2008 certified, either to reduce their customer audits or being required to become ISO certified. NH MEP ISO Collaborative Program allows medium – small size companies to undertake the ISO 9001-2008 certification process with the necessary support from a team of experts but also train and ISO team and develop and ISO compliant management system at an affordable cost.

  • ISO Internal Auditor Training
An effective Internal Audit Program is a big part of maintaining your management system, customer satisfaction, making companywide improvements and compliance. If your Internal Auditors are not well trained, you run a risk of investing a great deal of time and resources and failing to achieve the benefits of being ISO registered. This course will meet that need – it is designed to increase your understanding of auditing techniques and will take you step by step through the stages of an internal audit from audit planning to closure and follow-up.

  • AS 9100 Training and Certification
Compliance with International Standards and regulations can be challenging. To ensure a successful AS 9100C Registration, you are going to need a strong Internal Audit Team. An effective internal audit program is a big part of maintaining your management system, customer satisfaction, making company-wide improvements and compliance.
