Kaushik (Kay) Ghosh, PhD, is a tenured professor at Suffolk University, Boston with 25+ years in technology. As founder and managing partner of DataThetics Consulting, he helps organizations identify high-value AI opportunities, develop practical roadmaps, and provide implementation strategies that transform into measurable business value. With expertise in AI applications for enterprise systems, Dr. Ghosh makes complex AI concepts clear and actionable for business executives. His practical approach helps organizations navigate today’s technology landscape during this critical time in the AI adoption cycle, enabling them to make informed decisions about strategic AI investments.



Amrutha Killada
is an AI entrepreneur and product leader specializing in artificial intelligence, machine learning, and workforce upskilling. At the Martin Trust Center for MIT Entrepreneurship, she developed the MIT Entrepreneurship JetPack, an AI assistant that accelerates startup. Integrated into the Orbit platform, it provides rapid insights on market segmentation, business models, and product planning. 

Previously, Amrutha conducted manufacturing research at MIT’s Education Lab, where she collaborated with MassTech to design curriculum strategies for teaching Industry 4.0 manufacturing skills to community colleges across the U.S. She led extensive data analysis to understand the training motivations of employees in various manufacturing industries, using statistical tools to extract insights and optimize workforce development initiatives. Her research played a critical role in shaping AI and automation training methodologies, ensuring alignment with industry needs.
