Marketing Strategies Collaborative Program

Accelerate Business Growth

The NH MEP Marketing Strategies Collaborative Program is a 4 part workshop ideal for small and medium sized manufacturers looking to accelerate their sales growth and compete better on the local and global stage. It is designed to develop new markets, a marketing strategy, and branding materials, and to enhance your lead generation process.

Over the course of the program there will be opportunities for senior management to meet and share best practices and provide discussion on areas of concern. These sessions will include a training session to provide the leaders with the tools and tactics they will need to manage the implementation at their respective companies.

Workshop #1: Marketing Redefined for Senior Management:

Understanding Today’s Marketing Landscape + Success Tools & Techniques

Host Session: Half day: Up to 3 Senior Leaders from each company

Topic: This workshop will discuss the changing role marketing plays in a manufacturer’s short and long-term growth objectives and what you can do to harness the latest tools and tactics.

 

Workshop #2: Marketing Strategy & Digital Marketing Creating Your Company Vision: Associated Strategy & Immediate Actions

Host Session: Half day: Up to 3 Senior Leaders from each company

Topic: This workshop will offer relevant and immediately actionable tips to maximize your marketing ROI and increase your top-line growth. Topics will include crafting an impactful marketing plan, developing powerful content, building out game-changing assets, leveraging the latest digital techniques, and adding in the right marketing metrics.

 

Workshop #3: Marketing Assessment and Recommendation Buildout:

Individual Company Team Learning, Input & Implementation Session

Onsite day at each company: 4 to 6 employees

Topic: During this session, we will perform a formal discovery of your current marketing health by conducting 1:1 interviews with key leadership, marketing and sales team members. Upon the day’s completion, you will have a high-level customized marketing strategy that will identify and recommend both the short and long-term opportunities for marketing improvement and top-line growth.

 

Workshop #4: Marketing Round Table Format to Share Learning Points:

Senior Management Marketing Debrief Session

Host Session: 2 Hrs: Up to 3 Senior Leaders from each company

Topic: An opportunity for the group or team to sit down to discuss the training, share opinions, strategies, tactics, creation, maintenance and outcomes. The learning experience will be shared through a presentation by each company detailing their success and obstacles they needed to overcome.

Blueprint Reading and Engineering Drawing

Concord, NH

Students will develop skills to understand engineering drawings, including multi-view drawings, assembly and detailed drawings, section views and auxiliary views. The importance of title blocks, bills of materials, drawings notes and revision control is also emphasized. The course also covers the interpretation of dimensions, surface finishes, screw threads/fasteners, notes and common manufacturing terms and symbols.
