Six Sigma Green Belt Certificate Program
A comprehensive Six Sigma Green Belt and Application Certificate Program

Program Cost Per Participant: $3,500
Program Structure:
The Six Sigma Green Belt Certificate program is a hands-on curriculum that is designed for those who want to learn and apply Six Sigma fundamentals within their organization. Students will receive formal instruction in Six Sigma in 6 days over a 2 month period (details below) and then receive individual mentoring for successful completion of project work. The course is designed to be highly interactive, involving the application of Six Sigma methods, team competitions and presenting results daily. With guidance from the instructor during, between and after classes, students will be required to complete a successful Six Sigma project at their workplace. With this structure, students not only experience first hand the benefits of using Six Sigma, but will also learn of best practices and network with other companies in the local area.
Instructor:
Sean Anzuoni, P.E., CSSBB has over 24 years of operational and engineering experience. He specializes in training and implementing Six Sigma Methodology and Lean Manufacturing. Sean has a master's degree from Worcester Polytechnic Institute, is a graduate of the Executive Program in Business Management from MIT's Sloan School, is a registered Professional Engineer, and a Six Sigma Master Black Belt.

Day 2 - October 7, 2010 - Measure
Day 3 - October 8, 2010 - Analyze
Day 4 - October 27, 2010 - Analyze Continued
Day 5 - October 28, 2010 - Improve
Day 6 - October 29, 2010 - Control
Requirements:
1. Basic Algebra
2. Presentation Skills (written, oral)
3. Program Management Skills
4. Local Processes Knowledge
5. Laptop loaded with MINITAB™ 15 (free 30-day trial available, if necessary)
6. Basic Computer Skills:
- Spreadsheets
- Word Processing
- Graphics
- Introduction to QI Macros or MINITAB™
- Communication Network - E-Mail/Internet
Students Can Expect:
1. Clear and intuitive classes focused-on making 6 Sigma simple and fun
2. Workshops - work as a team and as individuals on exercises
3. Learn how to manage 6 Sigma projects to get results
4. One-on-one help as needed in-between workshops
5. Finish a project successfully with financial impact
