Lean Product Development (LPD) Visioning
  
In this workshop, attendees examine their product development activities and processes through the “lenses” of best-in-class LPD methods. They are provided sample tools for each “lens” that allows for in-class discussion and post workshop activity. Each “lens” is supported by a real-world case example of successful LPD implementation. Prioritizations of improvement opportunities to gain “quick wins” plus sustainable results are also discussed.
