ISO 9001:2008 Collaborative Executive Information Session

Many companies are being forced by their major clients to reduce costs and become ISO certified. This program allows small-medium sized companies to undertake the ISO 9001:2008 certification.

ISO 9001:2008 Certification

The revision of the ISO 9001:2008 standard outlines a process approach to implementing and supporting a quality management system. As a result, there is increased involvement of top management with regards to the Quality Management System.

Top Management is engaged for the setting of the Quality Policy and Quality Goals and Objectives. It continues with Management Review looking at data from the TMS, and taking actions to make sure that Quality Goals are met, new Goals are set, and continual improvement is achieved.

The ISO Collaborative is a unique workshop-based program that focuses on providing the participating companies with the systems, documentation, training and on-site consultation to comply with ISO 9001:2008 Standard utilizing resources they may not otherwise be able to access.
